Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you’re brand new to reformer pilates, we recommend booking a private session or attending one of our beginner pilates group classes. This will help you get acquainted with the equipment and learn to use the reformer in a safe and collaborative environment. Once you’ve learned the basics, speak with your instructor about advancing to general group classes. Be sure to check out our new client specials on the pricing page!

  • We enforce a 12 hour cancellation policy for all group classes and 24 hours for private or duet sessions. You can learn more about our studio policies here.

  • In the App: On the homepage under 'Upcoming for you', navigate the the class you wish to cancel. Select the red 'cancel' button. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation. If you cancel more than 12 hours before the start of class, the credit will be redeposited into your account

    On the Web: On the homepage under 'Upcoming' find the class you want to cancel. Select the three dots to the right of the booking information. You will be prompted to select Yes or No confirming your cancellation. If canceled within the late cancel window this class will still appear in your 'upcoming' section but will reflect 'Late Cancelled" in red.

    Our Bellevue studio has the Studio Reformer with the tower attachment for each reformer. Our North Bend studio has the Allegro Reformer.

  • Yes, pilates socks with grip are required at our studios. You may purchase socks in the studio.

  • Yes! All machines are sanitized after each use.

  • Yes! All monthly memberships and class packages are redeemable at either studio location.

  • Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days prior written notice. Written notice can be sent to info@mainstreetpilates.com. Please note, all monthly memberships require an initial 3-month commitment.

  • Yes. Please email info@mainstreetpilates.com to learn about your membership hold options.

  • In the App: Select your desired class and click 'Add someone else'. You will be prompted to add in their information. Once registered your guest will receive a confirmation email!

    On the Web: Select the class you wish to attend. Under the 'Secure your spot' section you will see an option to add a guest. You will be prompted to input their First Name, Last Name and Email. Your guest will then receive an email with their booking confirmation!

  • In the App: On the homepage under 'Upcoming for you', you can see all the the classes you are currently registered for

    On the Web: Login to our Main Street Pilates Momence page. On the main page you will see 'Upcoming'. Under this section you can see what classes you are currently scheduled for.
